 As Consultants, Colibrí´s mission is to empower people and organizations in their journey toward awareness, growth, connection, equanimity, and healing. As consultants, we are devoted to helping organizations to intentionally maximize their impact by leveraging identities to implement novel solutions and achieve their missions. Our Vision is to go beyond problem-solving and quick fixes, to building strong organizations that understand themselves, and their potential, and move towards it.    

 

Our team are established and respected equity and organizational leaders in the Chicagoland community. We have more than 30 years of combined Racial Equity and Organizational Efficiency Experience. The team has been continuously involved in the strategic visioning, development, implementation, and management of several service and educational programs specifically designed to address cultural competence and the needs of underserved individuals.
