Fees for Services
Colibrí Counseling is in-network with selected Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, Aetna & United Health Care Insurance plans.
Most plans require clients to pay a copay at each visit. Copays vary depending on individual plans.
It is highly recommended that potential clients consult with their insurance company with any questions about what their plan covers in an effort to avoid unexpected costs. Clients are responsible for costs incurred from services rendered, whether their insurance will cover them or not. Colibrí Counseling is unable to submit claims directly to insurance plans we are not in-network with, however you may call your insurance about out-of-network coverage and below we share some instructions about this.
The fee for ‘out-of-pocket’ therapy services is $150 per session. This covers a 50-minute session.
Calling your Insurance for Information on Coverage
To avoid surprises about cost and coverage, we recommend new clients contact their insurance to confirm their benefits prior to beginning services.
