I'm a bilingual, Spanish-speaking counselor and certified life coach. My Masters in Social Work (MSW) and years of experience have shaped my ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients. My experience includes facilitating Latino, LGBTQ,  HIV prevention groups, couple retreats, and family therapy sessions. I have also supported various other diverse populations by working in areas such as: medical management, substance abuse, inmate re-entry from correctional facilities, and several other national non-profit agencies focused on HIV vaccine research and crystal meth abuse among the Latino population. In addition, I have developed multiple curriculums on topics such as Mindfulness and substance abuse.

I currently focus on helping LGBTQ individuals who feel they don’t have the tools and clear direction to achieve a more meaningful life. I also work with LGBTQ couples struggling with lack of communication and connection with their partner.

I believe in empowering people and helping them realize that in order to achieve better relationships in their lives, they must first have a clear understanding of who they are, what they want out of life, and the tools they can use to achieve their goals.
